They’ve been at the heart of the insurance industry for more than 300 years, and today serve more than 9 million customers around the world.  From its inception, RSA has been a purpose-driven organisation, with community activity embedded into its approach to business, and a variety of impact-focused schemes and initiatives including charitable donations, volunteering, matched-funding and give-as-you-earn. First working with Neighbourly in 2019, RSA has delivered 9,698 hours of volunteering through the platform, supporting over 400 charities based across the UK & Ireland.  In the first of a new series of “in-conversation with” interviews, Neighbourly CEO Steve Butterworth was joined for an insightful conversation with RSA’s Ruth Poulten, Social Impact & ESG Manager.
