- By applying for the Neighbourly Community Fund you agree that if successful, your organisation will use the micro-grant for the purpose intended; to contribute to the work you do to support members of the community suffering either from ill health, or economically or socially as a result of the COVID-19 outbreak. Grants are unrestricted and can go towards food provision, emergency supplies, practical support, running costs, transport and other essentials.
- In order to receive a donation, Causes are required to have a public profile on Neighbourly, complying with the terms and conditions, found here.
- Insofar as is permitted by law, Neighbourly Ltd. will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Cause or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of entering this Agreement and/or taking up the donation, except where it is caused by the negligence of Neighbourly Ltd.
- Neighbourly Ltd. reserves the right to disqualify, void, suspend, cancel or amend the donation where it becomes necessary to do so, and shall not be liable to any Cause for any damages or other relief in such circumstances.
